We bit into the New England IPA craze and brewed this small-batch IPA with flaked oats, a bit of wheat, and a whole bunch of oranges. The result was a light, slightly hazy beer that brings out a ton of citrus and finishes a little bit creamy. This batch won first place at the 2018 Homebrewhauf festival on Cape Cod.

Hill Farmstead's ridiculously good Nelson was fresh in our minds for this one, so we loaded up on Nelson and brewed a rye ale with a touch of honey. We threw all of the initial boil into a single fermenter, but split the batch up into two secondary fermenters: one dry hopped one with more Nelson, and another with a bunch of green grapes.
Unfortunately, it came out pretty bad. Actually, really bad. So bad it doesn't even deserve a label.
